While many developers claim that investments in Bali will yield 20% returns, few have a concrete plan for achieving this in an increasingly competitive market. With a following of over 3 million people and over 5 years in the marketing industry, we know how to ensure consistent bookings for your villa. Additionally, our in-house marketing department continually produces content to promote your project effectively.
Will there be any delays during construction?

The notarized construction agreement will specify a completion date, indicating the latest possible finish time for the project. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the project is not completed by this date, Villa Ventures will pay a penalty fee for each day of delay.

To minimize the risk of delays, we have an in-house construction team comprising project managers, supervisors, and logistics managers, all dedicated to keeping the project on track.

How does the investment process work?

Villa Ventures utilizes an application process. Once your application is approved, you’ll have the opportunity to schedule a call with our team. This discovery call allows you to ask any questions you may have about investing in Bali and get to know our team better.

At the end of the call, both parties will decide if this is a good fit. If you choose to move forward, you can pay a fully refundable intention-to-buy deposit. This deposit ensures you will have guaranteed access to our next project.

After signing the intention-to-buy agreement, we will add you to our investor list and keep you updated as we approach the pre-launch of the next project.

When all the plans and renderings are complete, you’ll have the opportunity to schedule a “project presentation call.” During this call, we will present the full details of the project, including unit options, concepts, prices, and more.

After the presentation, you can select the unit you’d like to invest in. Once you’ve made your choice, our legal department will send you the contracts for review. Upon your approval, the contracts will be signed, and you will be officially onboarded.

We will then create a WhatsApp group for your unit and provide weekly updates on construction progress. Throughout the entire process, we maintain constant communication and are always available to answer any questions you may have.

Do you offer custom projects?

Villa Ventures does not handle the planning or construction of custom projects. Our focus is entirely on developing exceptional spaces that we are confident will excel in the Bali rental market.

What happens after my villa is built?

As your project nears completion, several important activities will be underway:

  1. Marketing: Our marketing team will begin promoting the project across all social media platforms. This includes branding, influencer collaborations, content creation, and launching the booking page.
  2. Hospitality Preparation: Our hospitality team will train the reception, cleaning, security, and maintenance staff to ensure they are fully prepared for the launch.
  3. Booking Setup: Our booking team will establish and manage accounts on platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com, and handle all inquiries.

Our team will meticulously prepare in advance to ensure that once the project officially launches, everything runs smoothly.

After your unit is operational, our management team will prepare monthly income and expense reports and transfer the payouts to your account.
